For Full Day service with Fuso, your price is inclusive of the below service:

- Toll and Parking up to Rp 100,000/booking (the amount above and beyond is eligible for reimbursement)
EXTRA WAIT TIME
If your driver incurs a wait time of over 9 hours for the entire booking (including all pickups and stops), there will be extra wait time fees. See the fee schedule below.
For Business Account customers, this is calculated automatically according to app tracking data. Resulting in extra wait time fees appearing in your final price summary in your bookings history and your bi-weekly invoice.
For all other customers, please reimburse extra wait time fees directly to your driver in cash. If there are any questions regarding the calculation of extra wait time fees, feel free to live chat with our 24/7 CS.
For waiting time over 9 hours across the entire booking, the fee is Rp 40.000 per 30 minutes of extra wait time (or a portion thereof).
Extra Wait Time Methodology
Waiting time is calculated from when the driver arrives at the location and ends when the customer’s signature is uploaded in the app, confirming the completion of the loading or unloading. The total waiting time for the booking is the sum of the waiting time at each location.
For the pickup location, we don’t count on waiting time when the driver arrives early. Waiting time starts counting at the scheduled pickup time or when the driver arrives at the pickup, whichever comes later.

OVERNIGHT WAIT TIME DISCOUNT
- Overnight time period is from 7 PM to 7 AM.
- 50% discount applies for wait time incurred during the overnight waiting time period.
REIMBURSEMENTS
Your driver must ask in advance for your permission to be reimbursed for the following costs (each requires an authentic receipt or valid photo):
- Tolls from pickup to final destination
- Parking at pickup or any destination
Note that it is always the responsibility of the driver to pay their own tolls on the way to the pickup location.
For Business Account customers, reimbursements are handled in the app. No cash is required.
