Go to My Bookings and find your booking in the tab ‘Ongoing’. Click the card to open the booking details screen. The cancel button is located at the bottom of the screen.
Once goods are collected by our driver or you have deposited them at depot, the cancel button will no longer appear in the app. In such cases, please contact our CS using the live chat option in our app.
In most cases, canceling is completely free. See below for a quick based on mode:
- Car, Car XL, Van, Pickup, Small Box: Canceling is free up until driver arrives at pickup location. If you cancel after driver has arrived at pickup, a last minute cancel fee applies.
- CDE, CDD, CDD Long: Canceling is free up until 30 minutes before pickup time. If you cancel after this, a last minute cancel fee applies.
- Fuso, Tronton: Canceling is free up until 60 minutes before pickup time. If you cancel after this, a last minute cancel fee applies.
- LCL Port-to-Door: Canceling is free up until you deposit your goods at the port of loading depot. If you cancel after this and container has not yet been loaded onto the ship, the shipping line may charge a fee to extract your goods from the container. This fee will be determined by the shipping line and communicated to you by our CS.
For all services, the cancelation fee is 30% of booking price with maximum fee is as shown in the table below.

For LCL Service, the cancelation fee only applies to D2D booking
