If you see a settlement in your booking such as below, it means you owe from a prior event. The case number is the same as booking number which you may reference when looking into your booking history or chatting with CS.
The most common reason a settlement is generated on a customer account is due to last minute cancellation of a prior booking. See our official cancel policy HERE.
