You can now pay your delivery bookings through online payment with credit/debit cards, Rabbit Line Pay and True Money Wallet.

 

How to Pay Booking via Online Payment

  1. In step 3 of your booking, select “Online Payment” as your payment method
  2. Select your payment options between global cards or digital payment channels

 

Pay with Credit/Debit Cards

  1. Select credit/debit card payment by clicking “Global Card”, input your card details and click “Continue Payment”
  2. Input the OTP code and click “Submit”
  3. After a successful transaction, you will be redirected back to your booking

Remarks: Debit and credit cards used must be enabled for online payments via Verified by VISA, MasterCard Secured Code, J/Secure or UnionPay 3-D Secure. Customers can check how to enable cards for online payment with the issuing card bank.

 

Pay with Rabbit LINE Pay

  1. Select Line Pay in the dropdown, input your details and click “Continue Payment”
  2. The system will automatically redirect you to Rabbit LINE Pay on the LINE application, select your preferred payment method and click “Pay ฿ xxx”
  3. After a successful transaction, you will be redirected back to your booking

 

Pay with True Money Wallet

  1. Select TrueMoney in the dropdown, input your details and click “Continue Payment”
  2. Input the OTP code and click “Verify”
  3. After a successful transaction, you will be redirected back to your booking

1.5% convenience fee will be applied for booking payments made through online payment. Select pay cash to driver or prepay top-up through direct bank transfer for a no-fee option. See instructions here

Remarks: Cancelled booking payment credits will be refunded to your Wallet automatically. You can use the credits for your next deliveries.

 

How to Withdraw Your Credits

Your unused credits can be withdrawn through the following steps. 

  1. Submit your credit withdrawal request in this link.
  2. Deliveree will verify and process your request within 7 business days.

Remarks: Credits available for withdrawal are credits from your prepay top-up and booking online payment refunds only, and exclude other credits from promotional campaigns or refunds.
