How to Delete My Deliveree Driver Account?
To delete your Deliveree driver account, you can follow these steps:
- Click the button below to submit the Account Deletion/Resignation form
- For account deletion or resignation, you can submit a request by filling out the Account Deletion/Resignation form. After submitting the form, our staff will review your request and proceed with account deletion or resignation within 3 business days.
- During the review period, we ask you not to accept new bookings.
- After the review process is completed, you will receive an SMS confirming that your account deletion or resignation has been finalized. Your remaining balance in the driver wallet will be transferred to your registered bank account within 10 business days.
- Deliveree will continue to hold booking history and transactional data for internal purposes.
