WAIT TIME CALCULATION

At each location, wait time starts when driver arrives at the location and ends when customer signature is uploaded in driver app. For scheduled booking, wait time will not begin any earlier than the scheduled pickup time shown in the app.

EXTRA WAIT TIME CHARGE

• Each location in your booking is allotted free wait time window. Beyond this window, extra wait time charge will be applied on a 30 minute increment.

• For customers who pay cash, extra wait time charges can be paid in cash to driver.
• For Business Program customers, extra wait time charges will be itemized in your monthly invoice.
