WAIT TIME CALCULATION
Wait time for Fixed Price Route bookings is accumulated from wait time at each location in the booking. At each location, wait time starts when driver arrives at the location and ends when customer signature is uploaded in driver app in each location. Please note that wait time will not begin any earlier than the scheduled pickup time shown in the app.
EXTRA WAIT TIME CHARGE
- Each booking has a free wait time of 2 hours.
- After free wait time, extra wait time charge will be applied.

- For customers who pay cash, extra wait time charges can be paid in cash to driver.
- For Business Program customers, extra wait time charges will be itemized in your monthly invoice.
